NEW Investors Fixed Income FLEX Portfolio available for SALE on February 7

We are pleased to add a new portfolio fund, Investors Fixed Income Flex Portfolio, to our offering. This new fund has received regulatory approval and will be available for sale on Monday, February 7, 2011.

 As we enter a period of time when interest rates are expected to rise, it is important that we ensure our fixed-income mandates and portfolios are sustainable and have the required breadth of diversity in terms of duration and credit characteristics.

The enhancements to our fixed-income offering address the current low interest rate environment and provide the appropriate diversification opportunities for clients. These enhancements include new funds, a fund merger, and changes to the composition of several portfolios.
 The new fixed income mandate, Investors Fixed Income Flex Portfolio has been designed as a potential core fixed income holding for clients and provides the portfolio manager with flexibility to manage the mix of underlying funds based on changes in the interest rate and credit environment, overall economic outlook, and market conditions.
This flexibility in portfolio management is particularly important at a time when both short and long-term interest rates are at historic lows and potentially poised to rise.

The Investors Fixed Income Flex Portfolio:

Aims to provide current income.
Invests primarily in a well diversified mix of underlying funds that invest in fixed income securities to achieve its investment objective.
Has the ability to manage the allocation of the underlying fixed income funds as the interest rate and credit environment evolves.
